Every AI vendor (including us) makes ROI claims. "60% efficiency improvement!" "10x faster inspections!" These numbers are often based on best-case scenarios, pilot projects, or theoretical calculations.

We decided to do something different: analyze actual deployment data from our first 50+ production customers to understand what ROI looks like in practice—including where results exceeded expectations and where they fell short.

Methodology

Data Set:

  • 53 production deployments (not pilots or trials)
  • Minimum 6 months of operation
  • Industries: Construction (18), Energy (12), Manufacturing (11), Transportation (7), Government (5)
  • Company sizes: SMB (15), Mid-market (24), Enterprise (14)
